I’m part of the Communi-Cator Team at Cloud Consulting Inc. (CCI), a specialized group of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants focused on turning marketing goals into scalable, high-performing platform solutions. My work sits right at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution: I lead business analysis, gather and refine requirements, manage stakeholders, and design SFMC implementations that are both practical today and adaptable for what clients need next. 💡
On the delivery side, I translate objectives into clear artifacts—like process maps and customer journey diagrams—so teams can see exactly how data, channels, and decisions connect. I configure and customize core SFMC components such as data extensions, queries, and automation workflows, and I build journeys in Journey Builder that support personalization at scale. I also support email program execution in Email Studio, including A/B testing and performance insights, so each campaign becomes a learning loop that improves the next one. ✅
What I’m most known for is helping organizations create an SFMC roadmap that’s realistic, measurable, and aligned with their operating model—so implementation doesn’t stop at “go-live,” it becomes a long-term marketing automation capability. When I’m not optimizing journeys and automations, I’m usually enjoying Atlanta’s food scene and finding a new spot to unwind after work.
